I was prompt by the system to leave a voice mail for a question, and it has been more than a week, and I still waiting for an answer...How disappointing, especially when you are traveling and need an answer. The airline relies in the consulate's expertise for certain matters, and if you cannot get help through the consulate...I don't know what else, or what to do? ...:-(
