If I had a chance to rate them anything low, I could definitely do so. Totally Unethical and Unprofessional. They cancelled my visa appointment for just missing a copy of single passport stamped page. Though I said I could get them in mins, it fell on deaf ears. Sad!! Disgusting attitude!!
