Costco Wholesale

Have shopped here for years spent thousands at costco, very easy to do since all their items are 10 to 15 at least. However the parking sucks the entrance and exit to the store is to small. There is a constant log jam. Everyone says Costco returns are easy, I have not found that to be true I have only returned 2 items to Costco both have been a nightmare. Most recently one of their employees told us we could return champagne if it was not opened however after trying to return it was told it is a state law. And that we had to take it out to the car, couldn't leave it there while we shopped, really your employee told is we could return it. Train your employees!
