A good place to take the kids for a snow day. Two large parking lots, and two (non-flush) bathrooms. No electricity, food services or running water. Pick up a Sno Park pass at Cold Springs Market, about 10 miles down hill.
Note that the primary folks here are snowmobile riders, so stay away from the trails during the snowy months.
The Sno Park has a good 15 acres of snow play areas just off the parking lots, more snow play areas within a 5 minute walk, and even more if you walk up route 108 for 10-15 minutes. This area usually has substantially more snow then the nearby town of Strawberry. On Saturday, there were about 7 families there from 1:30PM - 5PM.
