Hocus Pocus Park

Cute small park out of the way. Good for small kids to play at with a full fence to the street side. the down sides are that its too small for any real "grass play", does not allow any bikes, boards, or skates. Additionally, the basket ball area is out of line of easy sight line from the rest of the park and is set up as two half courts instead of one full court. Finally, it is right next to the waste treatment plant so if the wind goes the wrong way, it can be less then pleasant.
