Love this store they always have great sales people are eager to assist they have a lot of variety and they don't mind taking the time to explain things

Dr. Choi at the Banfield pet hospital in this PetSmart is the least interested, least knowledgeable vet I have ever met. She did not take a history (and cut me off when I tried to provide one), and she prescribed my pet a medication that only moments before I had told her he previously had a bad reaction to. You are better off taking your pet anywhere other than here.
