Planned Parenthood - Clearlake Health Center

I drove three hours out here because it was the only place with an appointment. They threatened to deny me service if I was even 1 minute late past their 15 min grace period. When I made it on time they didnt even get to me for another 45 min. Then they denied me service I was willing to pay out of pocket for even though another clinic just yesterday told me that if today I want this procedure I could come back and have it done. When I explained all this and how I felt concerned. They spoke to me condesendingly saying "just because you can't get what you want doesnt mean you can get upset. Its my choice what services you get." Then I went outside and go them faxed records indicating that needed this procedure done. They made me wait another half hour. They took me into the back and told me they need time to understand tbe records and they were about to close so they couldnt provide me this emergency service. And then smerked and said "now I have to ask you to leave". Drive to Santa Rosa and go to better ethically trained clinicians do not go here.
