Enduring poor customer service for many years. It seems to be their policy to not be helpful and to charge new part prices for used un-guaranteed parts. Occasionally you find yourself in a jam and you bite the bullet as there are few places to buy moto parts but I really try to avoid giving them my business. Order online if you have the time. All you have to do is price the part to be a believer.
